Who controls your data

What we collect
We collect information you submit through training applications, donations, contact forms and newsletter sign-up, plus limited technical and security records. Stripe handles payment card data; we do not store full card numbers or CVCs.
Why we use it
We process information to deliver our charitable activities, review applications, administer donations, meet legal duties, protect our services and communicate where you have requested or consented to it.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers such as hosting, email and payment providers under appropriate safeguards, or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose and legal duties. Gift Aid records, if the feature is later enabled, must be retained for the applicable statutory period. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where the law applies.
