Refund policy
Charitable donations are generally final, but we will consider refund requests where a payment was made in error or without authorisation.
Requesting a refund
Email info@atharhub.uk promptly with the payment date, amount and the donor email used. Do not send card details.
Review
We assess each request, may ask for limited verification, and process approved refunds to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
